In the event that we have a situation that needs to be addressed by the emergency services, we will ALL carry mobile phones in case we need to call for help and we will all charge them to 100% the night before to ensure that they last as long as possible whilst we are out filming. In addition, in the event that we are confronted by people for whatever reason, we will need to extract ourselves from the location and get to safety as soon as possible.

An example of this could be that if one of us had an allergy to something we need to ensure that at least one of us had an epipen on hand in order to addresses the issue effectively without putting the victims health at risk or in extreme cases saving them from dying from an allergic reaction. To stop this happening in the first place, if anybody does have an allergic reaction, they will need to be vigilant with what they touch/go near in order to try to prevent from happening in the first place. Also, for standard injuries, we will need to have a small medical kit on hand in order to attend to wounds such as cuts and bruises.

Below is a separate risk assessment in relation to a laptop smashing scene that will be filmed in school that could potentially cause injury.
Risk Assessment for Laptop Smashing Scene in Our Music Video

Who might be harmed
What measures are already in place
What additional measures will be put in place
Glass/Plastic Shrapnel
Me and my two three media group peers.
We shall endeavour to borrow a face mask from the schools on site grounds team in order to prevent injury to our most venerable area, our faces.
I will ensure that apart from the thrower, me that my workmates will stand out of the radius of the laptop.
Glass/Plastic remains
Anybody who comes into contact with it may cut their foot or somewhere else if they fall onto it and potentially do serious harm.
We shall throw the laptop into an area that is not commonly used by the staff and students alike.
We shall clean up all the remains of the smashed laptop to ensure that the affected area is safe to use again once we have finished.
Throwing the laptop into somebody.
Anybody who passes by.
We will make absolutely sure that nobody is around us when we perpetrate this act.
